The Long Walk 2011 dates announced

The Long Walk in Melbourne will be held on Saturday 21 May this year. Over 13,000 people took part in The Long Walk activities in Melbourne at Fed Square followed by The Long Walk to Dreamtime at the ‘G last year. This year we are pretty excited to be talking to some legendary acts and including more activities such as film screenings, talks with writers, and heaps of activities for the kids.

Richmond Football Club will bring The Long Walk to Darwin on Saturday 28 May when they clash with Port Adelaide at TIO Stadium. Now in its second year, The Long Walk in Darwin is held in conjunction with an AFL premiership game and is celebrated as Darwin’s Indigenous round.
